Hi,
I have some clients with low back issues that make it difficult for them to lie prone without support under their pelvis (to lessen the curve of their low back). Right now, I give them a pillow to lie on, and although that's comfortable for them, it's a bit bulky and it's difficult for them to then put their arms alongside their body on the table (the pillow is in the way). Does anyone have any other suggestions?
