Bond set for woman arrested after raid at Hubbard massage parlor

Bond has been set for a woman who was arrested following a raid at a massage parlor in Hubbard on Friday.
A 10% bond of $10,000 was posted for Furong Li of Fleshing, New York, meaning she would only need to pay the court $1,000 to get bonded out of jail.
Li is charged with solicitation, promoting prostitution and practicing medicine without a valid license following a raid conducted at 3C Foot Spa in Hubbard, which was housed in a building owned by Trumbull County Commissioner Rick Hernandez.
Li pled not guilty to all of these charges.
Following the raid, Hernandez told 21 News he no longer stands by his tenant because he warned them that if any illegal activity was happening on or off the property, they would be evicted.
Friday was the last day of the tenant's contract with Hernandez.
Li is due back in court Wednesday, March 5.
