I have been in desperate need to lose weight and get in shape. So, I've started a very strict exercise routine 5 days a week. The morning after my first workout, I was so sore I didn't think I would be able to even squat to go to the bathroom, let alone actually exercise that day! So, I laid comfortably on my bed with my head and back propped up with pillows, watched TV and RELAXED while I "bonged" my quads, hamstrings. etc. By the end of the 1/2 hour show, my legs felt great and I was able to work out. I've used them every night on my legs (making sure to relax the leg muscles and never maneuver my body to make my legs tense up, if that makes sense) and I haven't been sore at all. So, that right there has made Bongers awesome in my opinion! My husband has started working out as well and I do his legs everynight and he has been great with no soreness as well (and he has had a ripped hamstring in the past which has made his exercising very sensitive).
I love the idea of giving them as gifts! When I have my own spa I will certainly sell them - great ideas!
