Me and her beefed out as well when we spoke over the phone for the first time... she does come across as abrasive.. probably not a good fit for a long-term career in customer service unless she takes some lessons on diplomacy... My biggest problem with her was that she was talking to me like I needed a favor from her or something... she even hung up the phone on me when I got upset... I told Felicia i wasn't feeling her girl and she calmed me down by explaining that there were outside circumstances likely affecting Shar's disposition that day...

When I met her at the front desk we were cool though... I told her she was too cute for me to stay mad at (she is!) and we're good now..

Char is an absolute sweetheart

I grew up with 2 x good looking sisters and I can tell you pretty girls like Char spend their LIVES getting hit on. I think because of that some girls can be a little standoffish or "business friendly" at first.
