Considering a beer can be as low as 40 baht (happy hours) water isn't that cheap at the same price. Take a look in a 7/11 to see the real price.

Beers are 70 - 170 average i think.. Go Go bars are more expensive.
And yeah lady drinks from 150 - 250 from what i remember seeing, does all depend on bars and where you are. Always handy to look at the drinks menu held on a laminated sheet by the people trying to get you into the bar before you actually go in.

I paid 80 baht once @ some bar. I didn't mind but when you compare it to a supermarket over there... you could get 8 bottles of water for that ;p but yea as I said... didn't mind considering some bottles are that much in AUS.

In the 7-11s and Family Marts, plain bottled water is from 7 to 10 Baht. In the restaurants, they usually sell bottled mineral water for 40 or 60 Baht, about what you will also see in the small bars. In the stores, mineral water is around 20 Baht.

I got in the habit of ordering a bottle of Soda water at the end of the evening instead of a final beer. Helped me feel better the next morning. Soda water is typically sold for the same price as the cheep beers in the bars, or 80 to 100 Baht, maybe 120 in the go-gos.

Last time I checked the 7/11s and Family Marts didn't serve naked gogo girls and naked lesbian baitch fights with the 7 baht water.
The point is there is a minimum price for the show + drink - be it soda, water or whatever.
