Brown mark on foot

Hi all,

One of the case studies I have been treating, had a small brown mark - bit like a freckle on the sole his foot (just above the heel) at the start of the treatments and it now seems to have disappeared.

Anyone able to give me any clues....?

Hi SPC,

a brown mark on the foot can indicate a build up of toxins in that area of the body, if as you say the brown mark has faded then it would seem that you have helped clear this build up with reflexology......

It could have been as simple as a small bruise. A similar thing happened to me on one of my case studies, it had been a small pin bruise where the client had stood on something in their bare feet, or indeed as Jess says it could be a build up of toxins which you may have cleared by the sounds of it.
