building up to peak season: New girls in town?

I was wondering ... Do the girls change from season to season? I was in Phuket last month, and it was "quiet" or "rainy" season. The number of bar girls in Patong out numbered men by about 10 to 1 ... This provides for what I call the "midnight crush" ... Starting about 12 .. but peaking at 1-2 AM, bar girls get on the move ... either with their man to his hotel room (usually on her bike) or in groups to night clubs like Taipan etc. Some just go home. Its a crazy time, and one best avoided ... I like to get my girl early, around 9pm, and take her shopping (she will get the best price for you!) and then to dinner at the nearby restaurants ... And out of there before mid-night. You maximise your "awake" time with your girl back in your room too ... and get a reasonable amount of sleep as well.
But back to my question - What is the turn-over of girls in the bars of Patong? ... Do they change completely month by month ? or If I come back next year, will my cutie still be at same bar ? Speaking of which ... Do any readers here go to Easy Bar ? Easy Bar is located far inside a hall with the Aussie bar at the entrance on the 1st level. Might be a bit too quiet for most here ... but lots of friendly girls and where my cutie works ... haha yeah, I miss her ... I look at all the photos here, hoping to see a pic of her ... but none from Easy bar ... I took some photos, and I would post here, but my camera was stolen by airport staff from my bag after checking it in with Bangkok Airways at Phuket Airport ... Anyway, I'm bringing video and high-end digital gear next time ... to make up for it! Only hope she is still there ...
