Burnaby/New West Rug Tugs Recommendation

I am the king of the West Broadway scene and the South Granville one and out No 3 Road in Richmond.

But my new job takes me to Canada Way @ Kensington area, right at the New West and Bby border.

I need a rug and tug in the area that I can hit during my lunch hour or just after work so anything south bby or new west is golden.

I am open to all suggestions (where to go and where to avoid) and prices so please let me know.
