I've been to this place a few times now over the last year or so.

The place is very old and dingy. The "VIP" room has its own shower, but the other rooms share a common shower that can't even be locked. Hence, anyone can walk in while your showering. Rear entrance from back alley is best way to enter because it is quite discreet. The rear entrance is easy to spot because it has a few Christmas lights around it.

Room fee used to be $40 but last two times I was charged only $30 for 45min.

I've seen more than six different girls here, but the two that I remember are:

Its one block east of willingdon on hastings. South side of the street, 2nd floor, 'Butterfly' stenciled on the window, can't miss it.

Use the door off the alley as the front door is adjacent to the bus stop.

He's right on tho about the condition, its a dump. Was there once, never returned.
