Butterflying

I guess butterflying has a certain skill to it, you need to be focused that you will move on to a new girl on a day to day basis. I guess you also need to keep your guard up to stand firm against the girls who want to link up with you for your entire stay......then possibly the Visa process is looked into with the usual requests for money, etc etc

With my next trip coming up shortly (fly to Singapore in 8 hours.......even though l have been knocked down with a bad virus).....l guess l have a a two part question. Even though l have been to LOS 3 times, l consider myself a bit of a newbie as trip 1 was with my ex farang wife, trip 2 l hooked up with the 3rd bar girl l went with for the last 10 days, and trip 3 was spent with the girl from trip 2 in Bkk and Hong Kong.

Q1) What perceneforum.xxxe of the girls want to get their claws into for your entire trip ? and then want to do the Visa thing ?....for a better future etc etc

Q2) Do any of the experienced "butterflyers" have a technique they use and stick by, so they don't get hooked ? and can happily move on from one night to the next without any grief ?

Just interested on general thoughts here.

Depends totally on the BM as much as the girl.. If you are generous, polite, nice to them, not too out of shape, not to old, etc (and even then) I think the vast majority do try to hook up longer term.. Of course you do have the hardened only for the money girls but they make a minority IMHO..

To answer Q2 simply try to be more of a bastard.. Its not easy but simply making it about sex only and not sharing moments etc is the way.. Its a rare man that can maintain that line of defence for long.

do you guys find a girl putting the press on you after only spending one holiday with you? does that happen alot, if say you satyed with the same girl for a week on holiday? even if it was only one holiday?

well my experiencies with staying more days with the same bg first night the best , second also pretty good thirt night bg start with o i love you, i want stay with you ,you stop butterfly ok o tonight i tired i want sleep tomorrow boom boom ok next day i want go shopping please can we go shopping ,
if you let take them for 1 night or 2 in a row then its good but soon after that the start thinking , that farang like me so lets try and get some more money .
but if you just take then for a night and tell them only 1 night the girls are ok with that, but the most of the time the are happy if you come back for them after a few nights makes them feel good in front of the other bg working there . farang come back for me .

Although there have been times when I just get tired of butterflying and like to actually get toknow a girl better, mostly I have been a butterfly.

So the technique I use when I only want to butterfly is that when they give me the "why you not want come see me again? You no like me!!" routine, complete with whining voice and big sad eyes, I give them a big friendly smile, and say, "I do like you, but I butterfly!" or "Chop khun, dtae phom ben jao shuu" which means more or less the same in Thai.

So, joking around about it, but being upfront about it, too, seems to work the best.

One girl I said that to, replied to me, "Is OK! Butterfly man happy man!!" I'll never forget that, and I often think that perhaps she is right, but as LIL said, it is can be very tough to maintain your status when you get one you really like, and she starts tugging on your heartstrings! :biggrinlo

Tell them from the 1st second you meet them you are a butterfly, its your holiday, your money and you will do what you want. It doesnt mean to say you can be nice to them

You will find then there is no room for them to try and get their claws into you

Only problem is, the more you misbehave the more they seem to fall for you. In my experience most thai girls get bored with nice guys. Also many Thai men dont treat their women too good so culturally they are just not geared up for nice guy stuff

I reckon their idea of nice guy is good heart = big money willing to spend on them, family and friends

If you want to have a thai GF then of course u must also have a mai noi or at least let them think u might have one

My friend had a good technique, go to diffrent bars and meet diffrent women. he always said if you go back to the same bar the girl will try and get her claws into you. its like trying before you buy never go to the same place you could miss something better and if you dont find anything better always remember the night of fun you had with the girl. Also he said never mix buisness with pleaseure Thailand = pleasure, girlfriend = buisness (or pain depends on your view)

Well 3 nites, and 3 different ladies, so l am successfully butterflying at the moment, but my wings are starting to get heavy :biggrinlo

The girls are pretty cool about leaving in the morning.

Had to laugh, girl from nite 1, said to me after l told her that l intend to butterfly on this trip....she laughed and said "u no butterfly, u hellicopter".....hardly but it was a funny line......think l had heard that saying somewhere b4.

1) The girls are there to make money and many want to also look for a farang boyfriend or husband because they had a bad experience with Thai men- It is very easy to tell a bargirl the next day you want her to go; simply pay her the standard 1000 baht for 1 night-1 day and she will leave- take her telephone number down and tell her you may call later on during your vacation- do not lie and also do not tell her you are a butterfly, just tell her you do not need her for 2 nights- the visa thing is only if you are with her a long time- but she will not ask you for a visa the day you meet-
2) Butterflying is not something practiced or some sort of discipline- I went to Patong and my **** was so hard and their were so many beautiful ladies, I knew I had to taste them all- very easy for me because I have yellow fever and have had it for a while and the girls are so cheap it is fun to experience all the ladies- the grief comes when you start to lie- do not lie but do not be so forthcoming to-
3) If you want to see a very beautiful girl- go to the new Uhavana bar in soi Eric- it is next to the Sweden bar- there are 2 sisters that work there and one of them owns the bar- very beautiful- let me know if you or anyone else meets up with her- there names are Poo and Pun-

I would sadly regret to report that my butterflying abilities are very ordinary.......l have gone with the third girl l met for the past 3 nites now.

This was after some "On the Job" training from Graham (Owner of Love Bar Tiger Complex) who took me to some of the more "happening" bars last night and gave me some good advice on girls, bars etc.

I was unlucky last nite.....l was suppose to ring this girl, but never, then when l went to Baya to look for a FL she was at the entrance, and l was nabbed.

Going to stay sober tonight (maybe wishful thinking) and find myself some new talent.

Hehe it would seem the best way then is to start with the bars that are further away from your hotel and then work your way towards your hotel. That way the girl from last night is allways out of the area
