I received the same message a couple of days ago. I replied a little but his pm box was filled. I ended up dumping my message and deleting his.

Surprise, surprise, I got another message yesterday, with the additional message that his pm box was now empty.

I told him the information that I know for sure:

1) Make sure to match the wine with the meal
2) Always have a good stock of imported beers on hand
3) Champagne and sparkling wine should be served in tall flute glasses
4) Allow the wine time to breath before drinking it
5) Cognac should be sipped, not chugged
6) Grand Marnier is an excellent panty remover

and lastly,
6) Candy is dandy, but liquor is quicker

Seriously,
I was quite shocked that he was looking for FS, etc at a MP. I suggested he try escorts. As far as MP's, I mentioned that it depends on which part of the city he is staying in. As far as the SC, I mentioned that I'm always at the bar, and I never remember who I've seen....

If this guy lurks then he will see this thread. If he is actually legit then he should reply here. If he isn't, then we won't hear from him again. Hopefully nobody sent him anything incriminating, although, nothing illegal ever happens at any of these establishments anyways.
