Hello,
I have a new client who had three c-sections years ago, including one mid-line longitudinal incision (the traditional c-section that's rarely performed now because it's so extreme and can be prone to complications). She "has not had abdominal muscles since." Does anyone know what's possible in terms of regaining strength and function after this kind of c-section? I worked on her abs and found scar tissue along the incisions as well as assorted adhesions and knots throughout--quite a lot of tension.
I don't want to raise her hopes and will refer him if I"m not the person for this, but i'm wondering what's possible.
Thank you so much!
