Cameras in rooms at Destiny Spa

I went to desiny spa last week. I had a mediocre session with Savannah. I opted for a N. I wasn't impressed with the MP but the spa was nice enough.

Decided to repeat today with a new MPA. I opted for a NR and upgraded to a BS in the room. It was all good until two knocks came and the MPA was called out of the session. She came back several minutes later. She told me that she wasn't able to finish the BS because it was against the rules. I asked how they could see if I hung my jacket over the peephole. Apparently all the rooms have cameras to see and hear each session! I was so uncomfortable that I got dressed quickly.

When she turned up the light I noted the crack in the ceiling tile with flowers and ivy stuffed in it. There is a peep cam in there.
I am way to paranoid for this stuff.

Cameras at Destiny's ?! It's simply not true.

I would like to clarifiy this rumour. I was working this evening and the reason why the receptionist interrupted the session was because the new MPA was volating the rules. She allowing Siphon to DATY, NOT a BS.
As for the so called cameras in the rooms Siphon was describing if he took a closer look, he would see what he thought was a cam is in fact a speaker for the music. The issue of the jacket over the peephole for privacy, there are no hooks on the door.
So Siphon a word to you, if you were upset because you couldn't finish your feast. Sorry, better luck somewhere else, but please do not come on massageplanet.net to discredit Destiny's by lying.

At the more popular establishments, peep holes are present.

Siphon should be given the opportunity to redeem himself. If in fact he wasn't performing DATY, then WTF.

On the other side...More than likely there is more than one peephole in the room. It could have been a scare tactic by the spa to stop the client from doing what was considered against house rules. If the attendant was new, she may have been inexperienced and didn't know how to say 'no' to a client.

I have found what I believe to be little pen cameras in a couple of places. I just turned the pen around. Spy tech is so advanced now that the usual MP goer would never find the spy cam.

If you don't believe me, go there yourself and take a look. I just felt it was my responisibility to provide information to my fellow hobbyist. I feel we all have right to know about the establishments we frequent.

I can understand cameras are necessary for security reasons, but I would rather go to another MP from now on.

Personally, i don't like the idea of Peep holes, or Cameras.

Not one bit.

It's obvious from this thread that the people running this place are watching in one form or another.

This is a new one on me.

Perhaps someone could enlighten me as to the location of these peep holes, i have never seen any in my travels

To me, they must be on the door looking in, or the wall to the hall.

From the next room wouldn't make any sense because what if the adjacent room were in use?

Cameras are alway possible, though i would think you'd be more likely to be looking for a small internet style camera more so than a pen. (they are cheaper)

I am curious to know if there are other MPs who supposedly use spy tactics and how they do it.

I certainly don't want to go there.

It would ruin my future as Prime Minister some day

In Brampton and Mississauga, peepholes on the doors are required by the city's by-law for licensed establishments. At Destiny's there are NO hidden cameras and additional peepholes within the rooms. The peepholes are there to protect the girls working and the clients.

Regarding, the case at hand, te MPA was new to Destiny's, not to the industry. The rules were fully explained to her, but still she volated them. I have worked at a couple of places, when a new girl starts, she is closely monitored. Meaning, the receptionist takes a quick look at her session via the peephole. If everything is o.k, there are no problems. However, if extras are being provided, management has to deal with her and the situation accordingly.

I like my privacy just like anyone else. Nevertheless, management needs to protect their license. No one stands at the door and stares into a session to see how well hung a client is *smile* or to infringe on your privacy.

Utopia, Allure and Brandy's to name a few have peepholes.
Higher scaled establishments such as HFH and IT have windows.
House rules differ from each establishment, but they should be respected.
That's my 2 cents worth.

Yes, there are windows, Kayla even posted this in another thread about the bylaws. The windows are covered, but it does allow a bylaw officer to check to see if anything contrary to the bylaw is happening in the room without barging in.

Which would you rather have, the bylaw officer look in through a window, or walk into the room?

what was wrong with the peep holes? That , if I had to choose, would be my preference. I did not see the earlier post, and YES I feel that windows are extremely invasive. Peepholes are bad enough. I am more pissed at the way the system works than anything. Go and get some REAL criminals. Stop wasting our tax dollars etc. And why is it ok for licensed spas in Toronto to not even need to have a peephole. Other areas must have a hole in the damn wall. Ahhh, alas I have figured it out. It is all one big monopoly game. Nothing else but pure BS.

Cameras are another. I'm positive I looked at a camera underneath the ivy pouring from the ceiling tiles. The MPA needs security and so does the client. I'm sure peepholes are part of the by-law. Cameras are not.

sorry, the idea of peepholes creeps me out. and i'm sure i'm not the only person who is creeped out by the clearest evidence to date that these massage joints all spy on their customers and masseuses -- not necessarily because they want to but purportedly due to some legal requirement.

sorry, i for one will not be using massage parlors any more. it's just too much trouble. it isn't discreet. there can never be any privacy. and the possibility of cameras and ending up on some underworld candid camera provokes just too much anxiety.

the same applies to any incall establishment, not just massage parlors in Mississauga. customers are basically helpless when unscrupulous parlor operators decide to videotape massage sessions. how will you know? where should you look?

thanks for clarifying the existnece and use of peepholes in massage parlors, once and for all. unfortunately, this will put an end to the hobby.

Some MPs in north york don"t have peek holes or cameras.I guess they don"t require them in differnt areas,I hope it stay"s that way.

I know I saw a camera at destiny. I looked right at the lense. I'm saying, if you don't believe me, you are more than welcome to go investigate this yourself. I am merely sharing my concerns with my fellow hobbyist. Why is it everytime someone shares a negative experience, there are blasted by others. It's becoming painfully obvious that I should not share any kind of negative experiences and let you guys figuire it out yourselves.
