Can anyone help me??? operation for prolapsed disk

Hi all i have had back pain for over ten yrs. It has come and gone, but in April i had the pain going down my leg. I could not walk for four days and had diazipam Tramdol and dicolfinec. I had a mri scan which showed ii had Disc dehydration within L4-5 and L5-S1 with dorsolateral right disk protrusion at L4-5 level with moderater indentation to the right lateral. Dorsolateral right disc herniation at L5 S1 .
The bone marrowshows no evidence of signal alterations despite chronic vertebral endlapte/marrow changes at L5 S1 indicating fat replacemnt.
He has suggested to have the OP in July i have had phyiso over the years and have lost 3 stone since last yr and now this came in April with pain i have never experianced.. The physio helped for one week and then it went back to normal and the shooting pain down the leg only happens when i go to the toilit and cough or sudden movement. Cananyone help

Follow the expert advice on operation etc as they try to fix your problems but you alone can 'cure' it. Your intention to get on top of this mess can kick start a healing process that will unfold a journey of reconnecting with the health and power you hold within.
