Can I bring massage machine in my carry-on luggage?

I'm flying on Delta from NRT to MSP next week. I have a pretty heavy neck massager that I want to take with me, but I'm afraid if I put it in my suitcase I'll be over the weight limit. So, I'm hoping to put it in my carry on. Of course I won't be using it in flight or at the airport, I just don't want to pay a high overweight baggage fee.

Any thoughts are appreciated! Thanks!

It will be uncomfortable, but I'm used to it. My first two bags are free, but since I'm moving back home after spending several years here, I'm afraid that I'll be pretty close to 70 lbs already :( Thanks for the answer!.
 
Depends on how big or small it is. Remember do not exceed airline hand luggage limits!
 
If it fits but that would be un comfortable to carry it around. My suitcase is always free as ling as its under 70 lbs but I fly business so Idk
