Hi my name's Bex. Just joined the site as I have a couple of questions regarding my leo geckos. Ive had one of my geckos for around 3 years now but he was rescued. I think he was around 6 years old at the time but not sure...basically he is around 9 years old maybe??? Anyway, the other day, a friend of mine said that her son had a leo gecko and he didn't want it anymore. Free to a good home. So I took it on. The son brought it around in a TINY container, biked round to mine and pulled it out of his pocket, not even paying attention to whether the gecko was even the right way up!!! I don't think the boy was very light with the gecko either as he is a weighty boy with a few problems and complained that his gecko was viscious!?! ive never had a viscious gecko before and always thought they were the ideal first pet so always thought they were not violent. I don't think it was treated very well at all. I tried to touch it and it backed away and raised its tail, looked like very aggressive body language. I now have him in a small vivarium with walnut substrate. Now buying his lights and heat mat etc ( very short notice thing). Would i be able to introduce the two?? They are both males. My other gecko is very sweet and not aggressive at all. If you need to know anything else, ill post away! =) Thanks
