Can i take massage products through Australian customs?

My wife who is thai and moving to Australia with me, wishes to open a Thai massage business there, but we are not sure whether we can take oils and lotions through customs or not... she also has small lacquered wooden foot and back massage gadgets... Any help would be appreciated as I have found it very difficult to get info from the customs site in Oz.
 
Any lotions need to be less than i believe it is 150 ml at most and i believe you can take s many as you want as long as they are in clear bottles, and in a clear satuel bag. however you might be charged a tax if there are too many commercial products
