Hi there for about 2-3 months now I`ve had low back pain. What normally happens is that I get up in the morning with no noticable pain but after about 25-30 minutes I start to get pain in my low back. When bending down to say remove my shoes I could quite easily cry with the pain, and if I push out my abdomen the pain is like a ring going around my body. This stays with me all day and things like getting in and out the car is pretty unbearable. The interesting thing is that come around 5-6 o`clock the pain is totally away and I can bend and move around without any pain at all. So I go to bed and wake up the next morning and it`s groundhog day all over again. Last week I went to see an Osteo who explained that the left hand side of my lower back was slightly more raised than the right side and also that my spine had a kink to the left aswell. He carried out some massage and the likes and then asked a few questions and on my answers explained that it was possibly the way I was sitting on my sofa. So that night I was visiting my sister who mentioned that she had almost identical symptoms for over a year and had gone to her gp with no joy. She said when she changed her pillow the low back pain dissappered never to return and that was about two years ago.
So I have another appointment with the osteo this wed, but could the pillow thing be the answer.
Any suggestions would be gratefully welcomed.
regards Scott.
