...than the foot)? if you get a regular old foot massage, and the masseuse happens to press a bit too hard or spend too much time on a particular area of the foot, will that definitely have some effect on the corresponding organ? In other words, can an 'uninformed' treatment have an inadvertent negative impact on other parts of the body? I ask because I am making foot massagers of my own design, that do not follow principles of Relexology (basically it's up to you where you apply pressure), so I worry a bit that 'self-massage' of the foot could have unintended impact on your health.
