Hi all i knowe this has been discusse dbefore but was wondering what everyone did.I am an aromatherapist working in a natural health centre and also work in group homes for those with autism.There is one particular home i work in that has forgotton on a number of occassions that i was going the last time befor e xmas(going to a pantomime)and a couple of nights ago.I stressed alst time that i had alot to sort out to practice and they must check.I STATED TYHIS this time i may have to charge a £5.00 fee to cover petrol and child care.TH e maNAGER was really offon the verge of anger and stated that she would not pay it and that they had phoned me(no missed call).When i said it had happened before she denied it and when i told her the dates etc she then said it was my fault! I was really shocked at her behaviour.
They have now asked me to go once a month....which isnt a problem as i t was happening anyway but the actual owner of the home was brusque with me and i feel a little uncomfortable about it all.She actually spoke down to me and i no longer feel valued.I WILL HAVE TO discuss this event with them but i still feel that if i turn up and the whole home has gone out they should pay me a five r at least?????
