I had a client last week tell me that the day before her massage she had seen on the news a breakthrough with cancer! She said there is now a cure, BUT it costs $8000 a session and you must take 18 sessions for it to work...the only problem is that insurance wont cover it!!!

Again this is what I was told so i am not for sure on all of this. So i want to know why the insurance companies will pay for chemo and all of this other expensive work and not pay for the CURE? Do they just want people to die because they won't cover it? Why should these people even spend the money to keep insurance if they are not going to pay for someting that can cure this problem that WILL kill them, I mean at least give people a chance!!

Has anyone else heard anything about this?

Plus I thought all of these Dr's went to school to help people. Why do these cures have to be so expensive? Did the Dr's just get money hungry or what? I know that if I was making money like them I would at least try to help a few as many as I could, since it is not being paid for!

It's hard to make a judgement without knowing more details. I would think that if someone had found a true cure for cancer that it would have made the news and we would have heard more about it?? I haven't heard anything.....maybe someone else knows more about it.

As far as insurance companies, I know that they always exclude anything that is considered "experimental" Perhaps that is why they won't cover this procedure??

I'd love to hear more about this supposed cure. Anyone have any info??

That is true, i am not sure about the experimental thing...didn't think to ask about that aspect.

You would think that if it is experimental they would have some tests running son subjects that volunteer and maybe give us updates that would be nice.
