Car audio system for newbie (Honda Stream)?

Hi there am a newbie in car audio but I am very interested in setting up a full set of audio system for my car. So I need help and guidance from you guys out there. I want to know about the compatibility between a set of speakers and an amplifier I like. I have decided to buy Alpine SPR 17S (RMS: 110 Watts, Peak: 330 Watts) and SPR17C (RMS: 100 Watts, Peak: 300 Watts). But I am choosing between 2 amplifiers - Alpine PDX F4 (RMS: 100 Watts X4 ) or Alpine PDX F6 (RMS: 150 Watts X4). Which will give a better sound performance?

As for the sub woofer amplifier - i am keen in getting the JL 1000/1V2 (1000Watts) - but will it be an over-kill for my car (Honda Stream)? or if JL 500/1V2 (500 Watts) is good enough? in order to match JL 1000/1V2, should i get one sub JL 13W7 (1500 Watts) or two subs JL 12W7 (1000 Watts each) or two JL10W7 (750 Watts each)?

By the way, do i need to upgrade my car's power supply in order to use JL 1000/1V2? guys I really need your opinion and advice. Thanks a lot for helping me out!
