Car Wreck w a little whiplash 3 days ago. Should I go to Dr first or Chiro w massage?

I do not have health insurance at the moment but do of course have car insurance. Last Thursday evening I got into a car accident in which I hit an electrical pole dead on at around 25mph. I have no bruises or any noticeable symptoms at the moment but do have sore stiff muscles in my upper torso and my neck the past few days has been like I had slept on it wrong all night and woke up with a stiff neck for a few hours- but this has lasted a few days now. I also have been having a slight headache where yesterday I was having a few second stints of sea sickness feeling too. Those are the only things Ive felt or experience since the accident. I only have about $300 to my name right now and was trying to go back home when the wreck occured stranding me where I am now. My car insurance said I may have to pay for a medical visit out of pocket and then get reimbursed. My question for yall is should I go to a doctor first or would going straight to a massage therapist whom is part of a chiropractor office which specializes in car accidents be best? I dont know much about medical stuff so in my mind I just think a good massage or 2 would be best. Thanks for your input

Sounds like a bad case of whip lash..you probably should be using a neck brace. I would consult with a general doctor.
