Caress face cradle?

I'd been checking this out for a while and finally broke down and ordered one. I've had it now for about two weeks and I'm having a heck of a time working with it. It's SO comfortable (I tested it out and almost fell asleep on my table) but it's kinda bulky and I keep bumping it. Since it doesn't have a bar directly under the cradle it sticks out further and I keep hitting it with my knee. It also doesn't velcro together and I've found it slides around pretty easily. Also, I can't hook my arm rest up as it hooks over the bar on my regular face cradle (I have an Oakworks Wellspring).

For anyone who has one are there any tips to working with it? I'm about ready to give up and go back to the regular one.
