carrier oils - sweet almond oil - good for muscular stiffness,pain, tension, good moisturiser for hair and skin
apricot oil - suitable for dry, sensitive and aging skin types.
avocardo - good moisteriser, penertrats deeper into the epidermis than most carrier oils. helps prevent premature aging, Mix blend use 10 per cent avacardoo oil and 90 per cent of other carrier oil such as olive oil.
calendula oil - helpful for dry skin - blend with another carrier oil.
coconut oil - relives inflamed skin, softens and moisterises.
evening primrose - useful for dry skin- expensive so can be blended 10 per cent evening primrose, 90 per cent sewwt almond.
Grape seed - moisterise skin, not to oily.
jojoba - benerficial all skin types. - can be blended as above with sweet almond oil.
macadamia oil - thought o prevent skin aging.good for moisterising the skin.
olive oil - relives musculr aches and pains
peach kernel - good for sensitive skin
sesame oil - helps relive muscular poain, also thought to prevent hair turning greay.
sunflower oil - often used for skin dissorders
wheatgerm - benerficial for tired aching muscles, moisterise dry skin, can be blended with sweet almond or another arrier oil.
