ATT/Cingular works well, but sometimes it catches the Telcel network, turn it off and on and its back to ATT ! This is only in the zona and border area, otherwise its Telcel roaming. And remember cell phones can track you down, so if you dont want your wife to get an exchange originated spanish message, you better watchout.........

I have a verizon cell phone and the service is of sporadic at best, and only works in certain areas, and at certain times. I notice the higher I get, any second floor, the phone usually works.

If I'm traveling to any foreign country I usually take my laptop and use 'SKYPE.'

When you have US signal they will get the regular ring....sometimes you will not have US signal and they will get the other ring.

I am going to tj inaugust for 4 days i will stay in tj please tell me if someone calls my cell phone they will hear a ring as in the us and not a beep as if in mexico i use verizon justcovering the basis
