Firefighters in Jinhua, China, were forced to use an electric saw to cut a massage table apart to free a 10-year-old child. The youngster reportedly had stuck his head in the hole out of curiosity and was unable to free himself. Fortunately, he escaped the incident without injury.

Pickup truck passenger shot dead after pointing gun at police


The Douglas County Sheriff's Office in Colorado released footage of a shooting incident that left 61-year-old Paul Askins dead. Police pulled over a vehicle for making an unsafe turn, and misidentified Askins as someone whom the driver, by court order, was barred from contacting. When police asked him to step out of the car, he pointed a gun at one of the deputies, prompting the police to open fire.
