hi,

I was practicing an IHM last night and I do a chakra balance at the end; the throat chakra, the third eye chakra and the crown chakra.

I've felt a tingling and a coldness in my hands when I've done this before but this time it felt almost painful?

I'd love to know if this means anything, I'm new to this but very interested.

As you get used to working with the energies you may feel it come through particularly strongly, also i find with clients that are maybe very busy in there heads this gives me pins and needles!

Dont worry about it....follow your instincts and keep your thoughts for the best of the client and you will be ok.
