Hi All,

does anyone here ever get like a pressure feeling on the crownc chakra, it feels like a pusing down, and at times as if something is trying to cut into this chakra, very uncomfortable..

This happened yesterday after I had a visitor.. and I have not really felt right since then.. its def in my chakra and not in my head.. I know that may sound strange.. but there u go lol
