Just be patient when your talking on the phone to them. The address is very simple. They kind of confused me at first because the first words were House number then the address. The "house number" part i had a hard time understanding so i thought i was missing something. I did after a couple questions figure it out because she said it better the 3rd time

Hell it took me 11 phone calls and driving to two wrong locations before I found out where to go. Wait till you go there and they don't know how to count the 45 mins. lol
Make sure you point to the clock otherwise you may get 30 mins!.

Over all I had supreme service there. I could speak a few words of Chineese but it didn't seem to help me much because they talked too fast!.

Phoned these girls up after reading some reviews and man oh man was it worth it.

It's true that these girls are poor at communicating. When i finally got to the location i spent a good 5 mins trying to tell em i was outside.
