I visited Chang's last week and had one of those appointments that was partly with Shirley and partly with Anne. While some have mentioned that they are not like the women at IT or BP, they are clean, well groomed, not unpleasant to look at, and nice to be around (personally I find Shirley kind of sexy). In particular, I enjoyed the fact that they both have quite feminine demeanors.
Shirley definitely has strong hands and I would certainly like an entire hour receiving a massage from her. But Anne also has her strong points. While Anne does not speak English very well, I felt quite comfortable around her. She seems to get into the massage and concentrates on what she is doing. I will see how I feel next time, but I would feel comfortable with either one. (Does Coco still work there?)
I found the place clean and relaxing. The massage rooms are located on the third floor and a nice transition occurs from the massage room to the exit. On the third floor the lights are low, nice music is playing and if I remeber correctly the walls are painted blue. As if you are leaving the heavens, you descend a flight of stairs to the lobby. The lobby is on the second floor and has two large ceiling-to-floor windows that look out over the p-lot and fields next door. The lobby gives you a nice opportunity to re-acquaint yourself with the world below before having to walk directly into it. From the lobby you descend another flight of stairs and enter the outdoors.
This was an overall great experience and the best therapeutic massage I ever received.
