CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A woman has filed a lawsuit against a former massage therapist and the Massage Envy at Hamilton Place.
This comes after police revealed that the masseur had secretly recorded dozens of his clients undressing for a massage.
The lawsuit lists Cierra Davenport as the plaintiff.
The suit alleges the business failed to ensure the privacy of its clients.
We've told you before about how Kenneth Spears admitted to police that he had recorded female clients while they were undressed.
The suit says that a detective contacted Davenport, telling her they found footage of her recorded by Spears at that Massage Envy location.
The lawsuit is seeking at least $750,000 in damages.
