hi okay everytime i sign into my childline account, and i go to the email,talk,chat section i go into 1-2-1 chat. but like 2 minutes later it says"sorry, the counsular had to leave" it keeps happening. is there something wrong with the website or is it just that they really are leaving?
and has anyone talked on 1-2-1 chat with a childline worker?
