Hi all! My brother (a chiropractor) and I opened an office in October and we are starting to come across some marketing and referral obstacles. We would like to have as many people as we can take advaneforum.xxxe of both health care options. I thought maybe all these creative people on here might be able to give me some great ideas...
This is my situation : We both own our seperate businesses, but work out of the same office building. We have many people who see both of us on the same visit and its great. We see a lot of positive results and happy patients! My brother is a recent graduate and new to building a business, while I am (slowly) building a clientele over the past 3 years. We are very rural and low income, but the response to ur venture has been good.
What we want to figure out is some creative, low cost, mutually beneficial ways to get people to see BOTH of us. If they come to see me, I would like to give them a coupon or something as an incentive to see him. We seem to have a harder time getting people to do the chiropractic part as compared to the MT part. (obviously!). So, the problem is, he can't legally/ethically discount his rate for services due to medicare and insurance laws and MT is not covered by insurance here in Pennsylvania. So what are some ideas for an incentive for the patient/client to benefit from both chiropractic and massage? I do Day Spa services and would not mind discounting those services for the incentive, but I will not discount my MT services unless he was to buy Gift Certificates in bulk or something...hmmm...I want to make money and help his business - any ideas? Thanks in advance!
