CHIROPRACTOR AND REFLEXOLOGY?

Hi, I am doing a case study on a lady who in the past has had a breakdown and serious depression. She has now a bright outlook to the future. She has a frozen shoulder and has started having treatment at a chiropractor. Should she leave a certain time between this and my reflexology treatment. Thanks,

I once had a case study who had a very similar background with the only difference being that she had back trouble. I practised on her in between the chiropractic sessions (2 a month) which i felt was important for the social contact, emotional boost and as a good balance in addition to the chiropractic treatment, which she felt was not benefitting her much and costing alot in the process. She was very impressed with the sessions and felt much better so I feel it was a very worthwhile exercise.

Maybe your client can seek the advice of her chiropractor as to how your treatments and theirs will run in sequence - in such scenarios it's good to let the two therapists know that you are seeing both of them so that a plan can be worked out that will benefit you best. I as a client am seeing an osteopath at the moment, and I also have a monthly massage, so I plan to ask the osteo lady what interval is suitable between seeing her and seeing my aromatherapist lady. I don't want to get overworked What jojo did with her client seems eminently sensible to me, and I have done similar things in the past when a client was seeing another practitioner.
