Does anybody have any idea what could be happening with someone with the following symptoms?
This is someone I saw for a few sessions for tingling/numbness on left thumb and index finger. I did cross-fiber work with special attention to every muscle of upper body/neck/shoulders/arms/pects. I guess the relief was temporary.
I haven't seen this client for more than 6 months.
Her husband (who I see regularly) told me that she has had physical therapy - I don't know how many sessions or since when - and has developed this strange and scary symptom since having some work done to her neck at the physical therapy session:
When she leans foward - like to put the shoes on a child - she has a chocking sensation and also the feeling she is about to pass out.
I think there is probably a blood vessel entraped somewhere and also some muscle must be spasming to give her the feeling of chocking.
Anyone can shed some light in the subject?
Thank you
