This is more of a neck problem (along with my back problems) but I reading my MRI and it says "there isOsteeophye complex at the C3-C4 level with Osterphyte impinging ont he right cord" How bad is this?

Could this be the casue of my problem when I lift somethingwith my right arm that it goesnumb and I lose control of my hand strength?

Thanks!!
