I have been there a couple of weeks ago. It is a woman. I would say mind to upper 40's but very good looking and a great body!
The table is super narrow and makes it uncomfortable since there is no room to put your arms next to you so I wasn't a fan of her massage table. The basement was a bit cold but not too bad. Her massage is ok. I would not say it was the worst and not say it was the best. Just average.
She will greet you at the door and massage you in lingerie and will take the top off to start with and when you are on your back, she will get fully naked if you ask for it. She will finish you off as part of the massage price ($100 if I remember right) and she is very good at finishing. She knows what to do with it haha
Overall for the price it is pretty good service, specially if you happen to be near Sherwood Park. I would say it's worth the try at least once to see if it's your cup of tea and you can make your own assessment from there.
