I was looking for more a good massage with a simple happy ending. The place is not a high ender but her room is quiet and it is a nice massage table. Sarah is cute. The picture on the site is taken by a generous photographer but when she smiles she is very attractive. The massage was not as good as hoped for but adequate. She does use her knees and elbows and will give harder if asked or focus on a specific area. However, she is very friendly and easy to talk with during the session. It made up for the shortfall in massage as she still brought relaxation to it all. Touching was encouraged and she was happy to send me away happy.

Not young ( 30-35?), not a spinner but very pleasant company. $. tip included. Not for the young fellows looking for a wild time but if you are an older vintage and looking to feel better leaving than you did going in then this pleasant woman may be your style.

That's the thing I don't understand. When their ad say non-sexual, is HJ ever offered as an extra. My understanding is that HJ is considered sexual. Can anybody shed some light on this?

Not much light. Some women who advertise their services as non-sexual will offer a HJ. Others won't. You have to kind of feel out the situation on the first meeting. Politely, of course.

Usually if an ad says "strictly non-sexual", they mean it.

Prices are pretty good considering. A good hard massage and a little extra...not bad I would say. I should try her out.

I visited her once. Her massage skill was quite good. But, one thing that I did not like is that I paid for 90 minutes massage. It ended up I was getting 75 minutes of service only

Was there today and opted for the massage+HJ. Nice girl, nice attitude and tries to please. On the extras menu is .2 for HJ, .2 for being nude, also does CBJ but didn't ask for it. We talked a fair bit, she used to work at L&M (or was it LM) place in Richmond but business is no good so started working on her own p/t while still there. She is now f/t on her own but will move to another unit diagonally across the hallway. She had another no show today and hated it, while showing me the appt book with the past no shows.

She is somewhat of an innocent girl and please treat her with respect.
