Client Handouts

Hi all,

I was wondering if any of you happened to know of a good source for some clinet handouts...just some kind of light educational material for clients to give them regarding certain issues (low back pain, use of ice vs. heat for injuries, etc.) and also some basic intro types of topics, such as what to expect from massage, how to get the most out of their session, etc.

I did run a search for this type of thing both on here and on Google, but didn't come up with the sort of things I was really looking for.

If anyone has any idea where I can find anything like I listed above and would care to share, I would greatly appreciate it!

i get most of mine from articles on http://www.massagetherapy.com. i provide articles to the clients and make sure that i have all of the correct information listed as to where i found the articles, but i also include my letterhead. they love it!

If you don't mind paying for them, Sunset Park Massage in Tampa has a bunch of different brochures like that. They sell the brochures in packs. Not sure how much they charge, though.

If you are an abmp member, you have access to a number of brochures and the newsletter articals are good too

I am working on getting on with ABMP, but just don't have the extra $200 needed to join laying around right now...kind of a vicous cycle...can't work without liability insurance, and can't get the insurance without working for the money! lol
