Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help. I recently had a client (female, 60 years) who came to me because she has been getting very hot feet particularly during the night which keeps her awake and results in disturbed sleep. It sounds like she has seen many proffessionals inc GP and podiatrist about this but know one can give a possible explaination or remedies. Her doctor advised she get tested for diabetes but this came back negative.
She said it's strange as she had always suffered with cold feet until the last year. i felt bad that I couldn't really help and just did a treatment for her as usual.
Does anyone know what may cause this and how reflexology may help? (the only thing I thought of was maybe it is hormonal as she recently came off hrt??)
Many thanks
Missy
