Are you a hobbyist or in a massage school?

Generally reflexology for the foot uses corn starch (at least where I was taught), because you don't slide around that way.

I can understand how your school may not have goten into this early on, but I get the feeling you are asking along the lines of a hobbyist, and if so, you may be looking for some other feedback in that case.

I am a hobbyist. Tall in this case is 6'2" or 6'3".

Earthlite makes the best table, in my limited opinion. I use jojoba oil, but for feet you wouldn't have to use any oil. Corn starch or baby powder would be a nice option if the feet were sweaty or moist. Good luck

I use all Pure Pro Products. They have oils, lotions and creams. They also have a product called Peppermint Pedicure (now called Peppermint Pedango). I don't do reflexology but this works great on the feet during a massage treatment. Clients love how it makes their feet feel.

Regarding a table (I am a full Oakworks supporter, btw). Here is my table story:
I am 6' and thought I needed a table that went a little higher than others. So, when I ordered my table I got the one with the adjustable legs that raises higher than some of the others. (I ordered this during my first month of school with little guidance from the instructors.)
Now I find that my table is set fairly low and that any 'regular' table range would have worked for me. I have never had a problem with table height working on someone else's table.

However, as a hobbyist your body mechanics may not be good enough to work on a lower table (a complete assumption on my part) AND you may not be doing 3, 4, 5, 6 massages per day. So, a higher table may work for you. It's really hard to say. It would really be best if you could try out a couple of tables somewhere. Id there anyone in your area that sells tables? Or would your massage therapist let you play with his/her table height a little bit to see how high/low it goes?
