Closed already!!

The new Pizza place in Sans Sabai that only opened a few months ago has closed down.Last week when I went past it was decked out with England flag and full WC fixture lists etc.Went past the other day and it is all shut down.There is a big sign up advertizing it to be a bar for rent.:lock:

I thought it was a bit of a no brainer to open a Pizza place just two doors up from the Original Wood Fired Pizza place which is the best in town for me.:wai:

As i mentioned somewhere else, Billabong Bar changed hands to a bloke named Dave from Quokka bar and another O Top bar owner. Wayne was enraptured with PI as much as ER and let it go at 3.5 million to move there. I asked him if he'd take that instead of 5 million asking price 2 months before and he said no way.
I think it was a good deal, particularly as the landlord was happily living in Bkk and left him alone. 9 yrs left on lease, 35k a month rent. He was netting 70k a month doing very little in promotion etc.
Equipment was recent as well.
Power Bar is still on the market. Di Di wants to sell. The new building that had Soi Lion on it is for sale/lease.
Lots of New Stock coming up around Bangkok Residence...
