Hi there

Can anyone advise me on what to do about my cold hands. I have had bad circulation for years, cold hands and feet etc..

Even though I wash my hands with anti bac wash hot water beforedoing an IHMtreatment my hands are still cold. I have started to rub them together to circulate more blood to warm them etc - but they are still not warm[:@]. Has anyone any suggestions as to how I can get them warm please. Has anyone else got this problem and what did you do to overcome it?

After the treatment has started they warm up, but it is just the initial starting point that is the problem.

i have the same problem, my hands are always cold.
as i am a mobile therapist i always have my hands up my cost on my way there, or i wear gloves before hand just to heat them up a bit.
