Hi,
I've done a few searches, but can't find any info anywhere on the forums about the best colours to decorate a therapy room- we did not cover this on my ITEC Holistic Massage course.
I know you are meant to use calming colours like green, but I am not keen! When I was doing my case studies I used my bedroom which is decorated in terracotta, oranges, yellows with old pine and wicker furniture. Several people commented on how much they liked the room and that it felt safe and cosy. They nearly all fell asleep during my massages, so the colours can't have freaked them out that much.
So, this long winded question is: is it okay to use these colours or is it a no- no?
Thanks for the help! Still waiting for my results- 3 weeks in now- fingers crossed!
