Which Complemetary Therapy is the best for Fibromyalgia?
Have you treated anyone with this and how successful was it?

I don't have much personal experience in working with fibromyalgia, but I believe many EFT practitioners have good success rates with it. I've just searched Gary Craig's website for articles/case studies on fibromyalgia, and the search returned 86 entries, so it's worth having a look there.

I've only seen a couple of people with fibromylagia and treated them with a mix of Bowen and Emmett Techniques - with good success - both with levels of fatigue and levels of pain.

Hi there, as a long time sufferer of fms but only diagnosed a year ago I've found, through trial and error what works for me is mixture of pilates, short walks and reflexology. Everyone is obviously different but I tried massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, osteopath, kinesiology etc but realised I get most pain relief and better sleep with reflexology.

I also take co-q10 and corvalen. Trying not to take drugs, diclomax gave me odema, heartburn etc so trying to stay as natural as possible. Also epson salt baths and neals yard massage oil!
