Contract and showing business name

I brought up writing a contract for my agreement with the chiropractor I work with. Did it in a separate section. And I've discussed this with my husband.

I want to show my business name alongside the chiropractor, especially if I wind up being there for a long period of time. Have my business logo on forms, invoices, and have my own business cards up front with only his location information.

What I'd like advice on is whether I should put that in the contract or handle it separately. I want to get the contract signed ASAP, but can wait on the business name if need be. I have worked with the chiropractor for a little over a month.

Get it into the agreement up front. It will be harder to get agreement on it if the primary working arrangements are already in place.
