The flaws in your statement are:
1) It has nothing to do with us, it is between a citizen of another country, and HIS country. He's simply hiding out here
2) He isn't or doesn't live by our way of life, so he shouldn't be allowed safe haven here.
3) Who are we to judge how another country punishes it's criminals?
Using the same argument, if Osama Bin Laden hid here would you condone protecting him too?
We have laws on our books that make it a criminal offence to harbour a criminal. Yet why are we allowing it? Oh, it's the GOVERNMENT breaking the law that's why....
I tell you one thing: if we WERE harbouring Bin Laden? I bet after exhausting all "official" requests for extradition I bet we'd get a visit by a special forces team to nab him.......which I'm surprised the bangladesh government hasn't done by now...probably logistical reasons.....
