Dubai's Department of Economic Development has issued directives to close massage parlours and spas starting from March 15.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the DED instructed establishments licensed to operate massage parlours and spas to suspend operations with immediate effect from March 15, 2020 till the end of March.

The directives are in line with ongoing efforts to safeguard public health amid the coronavirus outbreak in the region and the world.

Earlier today and yesterday, Dubai cancelled all events as well as ordering the closure of cinemas, parks, gyms and entertainment destinations.
