It's a couple of weeks I'm working as a computer technician, I don't have any certification for this work. But I have been studying informatics engeenering, so I always dealt with computers.
I see my work is something like "try this, if it doesn't work try this... and so on".
I wish I could know a good way to do diagnostics quickly doing fewer tries.
Is there any book which could help me?
